Reducing Adverse Selection in Health Pool and Increasing Health Coverage

The way Healthcare can be improved to ensure that Insurance Companies do not have to cover a greater number of "sick" or "unhealthy" persons and to ensure that great numbers of people do in fact have health coverage is by bringing competition into the health insurance market and by requiring that all United States citizens and all other individuals living in the United States have a comprehensive (documented) physical performed once a year by a bonafide medical doctor. This physical would be designed to verify and certify overall acceptable physical health as well as acceptable treatment for an any individual's health that falls outside of what is acceptable. We need to understand that proof of health insurance does not equal improved healthcare or healthier people.
